HOW DO I BOOK?
The easiest way to book is online via the website, but if you are experiencing difficulty please call us, we are happy to help; Our phones are answered Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm Sat & Sun 9am - 2pm.
HOW DO I PAY?
- A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
We will invoice you for this via email as it becomes due.
Payments can be made online via Paypal, either using a Paypal account or a credit/debit card using the link on your invoice.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
WHAT OTHER CHARGES ARE THERE?
No other charges! However, we do have optional extras to make your stay even more special. These can be seen on the add ons when making a booking.
WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES?
The general arrival time is 4pm (You may arrive at 2pm for £20)
The general departure time is 10am (You may depart at 11:30am for £20)
ARE THE LODGES WELL EQUIPPED?
The lodges have all the kitchen utensils you will need. There is an oven / hob, microwave and dishwasher, iron and ironing board in each lodge.
All have a dining area, and widescreen TV and DVD player in the living area, and TV in the bedroom. There will be washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloth, tea towel, bin bags, and toilet rolls in your lodge to get you started. But the lodges are self catering so do bring your own consumables!
You can hire Bathrobes and Slippers to your booking – see additional extras on the booking form provided.
Towels, bath sheet and Hand towels are included in your stay.
Please bring your own Hot Tub towel.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
More than 14 days till arrival date, we will issue a refund minus the value of the deposit (30%). Alternatively monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else.
Between 14 days and 48hrs until arrival date, no refund will be made however monies paid can be used as a credit against a holiday any time in the following 12 months or can be transferred by the customer to benefit someone else.
Less than 48 hours until arrival date, no refund will be made and dates are non transferable, however the customer may transfer the booking to another party.
We advise you to consider taking out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation.
